Welcome to All Is Well Home Care. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our home health care services, including personal care, companion care, and other related services provided by our agency in Texas. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
- All Is Well Home Care offers non-medical home care services, including assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and other in-home support as outlined in client care plans.
- Services are provided in compliance with Texas state regulations and industry standards.
- Service availability is subject to staffing and scheduling limitations.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Clients and/or their legal representatives must provide accurate information regarding medical conditions, needs, and any changes in health status.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for caregivers.
- Clients agree to treat caregivers with respect and refrain from any form of abuse, harassment, or discrimination.
3. Fees & Payments
- Service rates vary based on the type of care provided and will be outlined in the service agreement.
- Payments are due as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.
- Any additional fees for emergency or after-hours care will be communicated in advance.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Clients must provide at least 2 weeks notice for service cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- Refunds for prepaid services will be issued based on the terms outlined in the service agreement.
5. Text Messaging (SMS) Opt-In/Opt-Out
- By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from All Is Well Home Care regarding appointment reminders, care updates, and other service-related notifications. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications, except for legally required communications.

- Your phone number will not be shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
- We are committed to protecting client privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations and Texas state laws.
- Client information will only be used for the purpose of providing home health care services and will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law.
7. Caregiver Assignment & Changes
- While we strive to provide consistent caregivers, All Is Well Home Care reserves the right to reassign caregivers as needed based on availability and client needs.
- Requests for caregiver changes will be accommodated whenever possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
- All Is Well Home Care and its caregivers are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for medical decisions or emergency care. Clients should always contact a medical professional for health-related concerns.
9. Termination of Services
- Services may be terminated by either party with written notice as outlined in the service agreement.
- We reserve the right to terminate services due to non-payment, safety concerns, or violations of these terms.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.
